[ you're welcome ]

Iron Horse Brewelette Terms and Conditions

General These terms and conditions are also known as ‘the rules of Iron Horsee Brewlette.’ Terms and Conditions may be used interchangeably with the word ‘rules’ but they mean the same thing. So there’s that.
Iron Horse Brewlette is a contest in which no purchase is necessary to play, or to enter to win Iron Horse Brewery Prizes.
Iron Horse Brewlette is not gambling but a free raffle as laid out by the Washington State Legislature RCW9.4.010
Iron Horse Brewery reserve the right to cancel or amend any or all parts of the Iron Horse Brewlette rules/terms of conditions without notice for any event or situation that is outside of Iron Horse Brewery’s control. Any changes to the rules/Terms and Conditions or cancellation of game will be posted to the Iron Horse Brewery and Iron Horse Brewlette websites. It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes in the rules/Terms and Conditions. (Wow, that’s boring isn’t it?)
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, the conduct of results of Iron Horse Brewlette, or any other issue relating to Brewlette, the decision of Iron Horse Brewery will be final and unchallengeable. But we aren’t dicks and will take into consideration all issues and respond to all in a timely manner.

Brewlette Entrants Brewlette entrants are allowed four (4) submissions, per location into the blind drawing for Iron Horse swag and prizes each quarter.
By submitting to Brewlette, you hereby allow that all personal information submitted is true, accurate and complete. Incomplete submissions will not be eligible for prizes.
Brewlette Entrants must be reside within an Iron Horse Brewery Distribution area.
Iron Horse Brewlette is open to entrants over the age of 21. Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity and that they are of legal age to participate. Also you're playing at a bar, most likely so make sure you have your id.
Iron Horse Brewery reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the rules/Terms and Conditions or any applicable law, or if you are trying to steal our intellectual property. Which is, obviously, very intellectual. Each entrant acknowledges that that any failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions will be disqualified from the competition.
Any person that is: (a) an employee of Iron Horse Brewery or (b) a family member of an employee will not be eligible to win Brewlette prizes, but that shouldn’t prevent you from playing so we can make fun of you.
In the case that a prize-winner is disqualified then another, winner will be chosen from the drawing.

All winners will be announced no later than two weeks after submission deadline.
About Iron Horse Brewlette Facts

Iron Horse Brewlette is a new, limited release beer series produced by Iron Horse Brewery in Ellensburg, WA. That still doesn't really tell you what is. Does it? Put it this way. We like to make beer. We like to make unique beer when we have time. We also like to create mini-experiences when drinking aforementioned beer. So, after much thinking and little drinking, we thought let's make a beer series where we produce a bunch of different brews, NOT label them and send them into the market. Only a small handful of brewery personnel know what beer style is going to which account.

We are going to do this 4 times a year. And it will be magic.

And remember. Not all magic is good.

Step 1:
Find Brewlette Locations.

First, you need to find a place where Iron Horse Brewlette is available. There is a 50/50 chance you are drinking an IHB ale now. If so good work. You can do this by using your phone's gps or by typing in an address. Choose now.

GO! gps must be enabled on your phone
GO!full address or city, state works

please note: unlike the nsa, we will not store your gps information, but we will store information about brewlette locations so that it makes this piece o' sh#$ load faster the next time you come here.

Highly Experimental. AKA, we ran out of time.
